Overview
Curtin Malaysia is a partnership between Curtin University in Australia and the State Government of Sarawak. Curtin Malaysia offers students the distinctive opportunity to follow courses from a celebrated Australian university right in the heart of tropical East Malaysia. Curtin Malaysia internationally recognized degrees are exactly the same as those awarded in Australia. The difference is our unique location on the west coast of Sarawak, with 187 000 hectares of the coastal reef on our doorstep and the 140 million-year-old rain forests of Borneo in our backyard.

Curtin Malaysia campus is a hive of activity, with a wide range of sports, social clubs, events and activities. Enjoy lunch with your friends in the canteen or picnic on the sprawling grounds, work out in the gym or join a yoga class, browse the library or just take in the breathtaking equatorial sunsets after a day of classes, there really is something for everyone. Serviced by our own transport network and with a wide range of services and support facilities, you will easily settle into studying at Curtin. - Malaysian Citizen
- Full time enrolled student in Degree programmes at Curtin Malaysia
(a) CM Foundation moving to a degree with minimum Foundation CWA 80%
(b) Current CM degree students (Second Year onwards) with latest CWA 80% - Not presently holding other scholarships/loans
Amount of Award & Duration
- 100% scholarship towards course fee only for the first year of study
- 50% scholarship towards course fee only for the first year of study
- 25% scholarship towards course fee only for the first year of study
Eligibility Criteria
- Malaysian Citizen
- Holding a Curtin Malaysia’s Letter-of-Offer to pursue Foundation Studies or Undergraduate
- Scholarship is applicable only for the first year of study
