Introduction

Sport science is the study human body and to understand how to improve its performance and health during exercise through training, coaching and advice.  As a student in Sports Science, you will be focused on the relationship between exercise and human body which combined branches of science, including physiology, psychology, biomechanics and nutrition, with business and management skills to produce graduates who are capable of careers in a range of industries.

 

Study Subjects

Sports science learned about applied anatomy and biomechanics, research methods, nutrition for physical activity, introduction to the science of sport and exercise, the coaching process, lifestyle behavior change, managing community sport, life span motor development and impairment, sport exercise and health educations, applying teaching and coaching.

Exercise physiologist, Fitness centre manager, Nutritionist, Performance analyst, Personal trainer, Sports coach, Sports development officer, Sports therapist
